The First Four

Dr. Marisa Randazzo is a Managing Partner of SIGMA Threat Management Associates and an international expert on threat assessment, targeted violence, and violence prevention. In addition to her work at SIGMA, she currently serves as Director of Threat Assessment for Georgetown University. Previously, Dr. Randazzo served for ten years with the U.S. Secret Service, most recently as the agency’s Chief Research Psychologist. Dr. Randazzo is an accomplished presenter and instructor on threat assessment investigations, having trained over 15,000 professionals in law enforcement, management, administration, mental health, and the intelligence community.

Edward Davis is the founder and CEO of the business strategy and security agency, Edward Davis, LLC. He is the former Police Commissioner of the Boston Police Department and was at the forefront of the emergency response to the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombing. With 35 years of law enforcement experience, Mr. Davis is a recognized expert in crisis management and community policing. He has a strong record of interagency collaboration and a broad range of local, state, national and international experience in law enforcement and public safety.

Deborah Hileman, SCMP is President and CEO of the Institute for Crisis Management (ICM), a consulting firm specializing in crisis management and communications planning, training and consulting services. A certified strategic communication management professional, business leader, coach and consultant with more than 30 years’ experience, Ms. Hileman has led high-performing communications and marketing teams in health care, manufacturing, insurance and financial services, nonprofits and higher education.

Joshua Harr is a Cyber Security Analyst/IT Compliance at Boston Children’s Hospital. 6-year Active Duty Air Force veteran and AF Reserves Cyber Warfare Officer Selectee. Mr. Harr holds a Master of Science in Security and Resilience Studies in Cyber Security and Policy from Northeastern University. His research includes Cyber Psychology and Profiling Potential Internal Risks. Mr. Harr is focused on Cyber-Resilience through Crises and creating an environment based around User Education, Top Level Champions and Layered Disaster Operations.
