The Crisis Leadership Exchange
A peer forum for the people responsible for leading their organizations through crisis.
CLX is a peer-to-peer leadership forum created by the International Crisis Management Conference (ICMC) to bring experienced crisis management professionals together for structured discussion on emerging risks, leadership challenges, and what is working in practice. It is a trusted, confidential setting to exchange insight, compare lessons from real incidents and exercises, and build relationships with peers who manage complex situations.
The focus is peer-level dialogue among experienced practitioners, not conference sessions or training. Discussions are held under the Chatham House Rule to keep the conversation candid and the experience shared openly.
