Membership FAQs

Answers to common questions about managing your individual or team membership, including account settings, registration, and billing.

Membership

  • Log into your account and select “Account Settings” from the “Account” menu.
  • In the right-hand menu, click on “Orders” to find your invoice.
  • Invoices are automatically emailed, so check your inbox or spam folder if necessary.

  • Log into your account, navigate to the “Subscriptions” page under “Account Settings,” and cancel your membership. If you face issues, submit a support ticket.

  • Try resetting your password via the password reset link.
  • If you don’t receive a password reset email, check your spam folder.
  • If the email is not in your inbox or spam folder submit a support ticket using the email address connected to your account.

Team Membership

  • Login to the ICMC website, at the top menu go to Account >> Account Details and click the “Team” Tab in the account dashboard.
  • Only team owners and managers see this option. Team owners (those who purchased the membership) can assign the manager role to other members of the team.
  • Login to the ICMC website, at the top menu go to Account >> Account Details and click the “Team” Tab in the account dashboard.
  • From here hey can add members by sending a unique registration link or entering their email to send an invite.
  • You can also revoke access in the dashboard as well by clicking “Remove” button next to a members name.
  • You send an invite to the members of your team.
  • Invited team member will click the link and be taken to a registration page.
  • Here they can create their account or Login if they already have an account.
  • Unfortunately we cannot. Only team owners and those they appoint managers can manage the team.
  • If you are having difficulty please login and submit a support ticket through your account dashboard.
