Attendees can choose from two in-depth courses designed to enhance crisis management skills. These sessions provide practical training and real-world applications to strengthen your preparedness and response.

The Future Operations Center: Seismic Shifts to AI, Automation, Virtualization, and Multidisciplinary Resilience

This session provides essential insight into building and advancing a modern, mission critical operations capability. Participants will gain practical knowledge on integrating multidisciplinary functions, leveraging emerging technologies, and establishing governance and performance frameworks that enable faster, more informed decision making in an increasingly complex risk environment.

The Capacity Trap: Preserving Judgment When Plans Break

This session is vital for leaders entrusted with guiding their organizations through high consequence events, strengthening their ability to maintain clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution when pressure intensifies. Participants will leave with practical insight to protect decision quality, sustain team effectiveness, and prevent the internal breakdowns that so often undermine otherwise well prepared organizations.
