Crisis readiness requires more than a plan on the shelf. This three-part series takes you from planning fundamentals to a live facilitated crisis exercise.
One registration covers all three sessions. Sign up once below and you are booked for the entire series.
Join ICMC, PreparedEx, and RockDove for a practical three-part webinar series designed to help organizations strengthen crisis readiness from plan development through live exercise participation. Across three weekly sessions, you will learn the fundamentals of crisis preparedness, explore how to design effective exercises and leverage response technology, and then take part in a live facilitated crisis exercise that brings the concepts to life.
Each session builds on the last: first you build the foundation, then you learn how to test it, and finally you step into the exercise yourself. Each session runs approximately 60 minutes, with 45 minutes of content, demonstration, or exercise activity followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.
