The International Crisis Management Conference (ICMC) wants your perspective on performing a Business Impact Analysis (BIA).   The BIA lays the groundwork for enterprise resilience. Understanding how you implement a BIA, and what challenges you encounter will help us understand how we might help improve this critical function.
