In our first Tea and Chaos members webinar of 2025, we will explore the best practices for evaluating your resilience maturity, focusing on the Resilience Program Maturity Assessment (RPMA). Participants will gain insights into the RPMA program, learn about the best practices for validating organizational-wide resiliency, and understand a robust resilience strategy’s financial impacts and ROI. The session will also include reviewing the interview process and a live demonstration of the RPMA process based on selected categories.

- Over 20 years of experience in crisis preparation and response, working with many Fortune 500 organizations.
- Formerly served with the US State Department’s Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program.
- Operated in Pakistan and Afghanistan to support international relief.
- Previously part of UK Special Forces, including service with The Grenadier Guards.
- Founder of The International Crisis Management Conference, hosting annual events in New England.

- Senior consultant with PreparedEx.
- Shane served in various leadership roles in Crisis Management, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery.
- Shane was responsible for the inaugural creation and management of organizational resilience efforts for Zoom Video Communications.
- Shane led consulting services for a risk management firm with clients including Netflix, Gulfstream, Uline and Nationwide Insurance. In this capacity, Shane led the development of their initial programs, launching various initiatives to ensure their people, assets and technology were able to withstand business disruptions.
- Shane is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and enjoys working with organizations that are starting their journey towards resiliency and want to make creative & cost-effective impacts that reduce risk.
