Brenden Glynn and Matt Giacobbi of IBM X-Force will lead Digital Fault Line: A Cyber Exercise at 11th Annual ICMC Newport

In this interactive Day 3 session, Brenden and Matt will guide attendees through a simulated cyber crisis designed to show what effective breach response looks like beyond the technical side of the incident.

The workshop will focus on the reality that cybersecurity is not just an IT issue. A successful response depends on how well plans are communicated, practiced, and executed across multiple cross-functional teams, including business operations, legal, HR, PR, and leadership.

Attendees will gain a better understanding of best practices and tactics for managing a breach, coordinating under pressure, and strengthening response across the organization.

ICMC Newport is the premier annual International Crisis Management Conference, bringing together leaders and practitioners for practical insight, meaningful discussion, and hands-on learning around crisis management, resilience, and response.
