The first annual ICMC Virtual Conference was a great success. Thank you to everyone who joined us!
During the conference series, Jim Preen, Head of Media Services at Crisis Solutions, presented, “Crisis Communications and the Importance of Preparing.” Rob Burton interviewed Jim on a wide range of topics such as media preparation, crisis comms plans and social media.
One highlight of the interview included the conversation about keeping in touch with the public mood. He revealed the four items to pay attention to during a crisis which he calls, ‘Jim’s Crisis Buckets.’
