On day-one of the 7th Annual International Crisis Management Conference, Mark Hoffman, one of the founding members of Resilience Think Tank, and 2021 Winner of the Global BCI Continuity & Resilience Consultant Award, will present: The Era of Resilience – The Evolution of Business Continuity.
In his session, Mark will answer the question, “How is business continuity evolving and what does it mean to be “resilient”? He will also cover the difference between Operational and Organizational Resilience.
Mark is also the instructor of The Principles of Effective Crisis Response training course that will run on day-two (June 8th) of the conference.
